Meditation practice is an over 2,500 year-old tradition in Buddhism. Practiced and tested by countless individuals who have achieved amazing levels of concentration, insight and freedom from the root cause of all suffering, ignorance. At the Garden of One Thousand Buddhas, from a lineage of the great masters of India and Tibet including our own Khen Rinpoche comes these teachings on the philosophy and methods of meditation.
Khen Rinpoche will teach on the meditation practices of calm abiding and special insight meditation. Calm abiding develops the qualities of concentration and special insight uproots ignorance itself allowing one to develop the qualities of wisdom. Suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
