This years summer program concluded successfully after one month into the ever fascinating world of Buddhist philosophy. The Ewam Buddhist Institute published its first book by Patrul Rinpoche, ‘The General Meaning of the Treasury of Precious Qualities’, translated by Justin Kirkwood. Additionally during the program Khen Rinpoche and Jetsunma, the current main shedra teachers announced that there would be another year one track for the Buddhist studies summer program and other shorter classes too for next year; Khenpo Namchak will also be joining us as a teacher from Bhutan. The program is growing fast to accommodate the growing interest for high quality education in all aspects of the Buddhist path. In the next month or so we will be providing information on this on the Ewam Shedra website. Our gratitude to the garden, our teachers, the translator and the students is vast like the beautiful Montana sky.
